cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. Missed appointments affect not only you and your therapist but also another client who could have used that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Your appointment has been reserved especially for you! If you arrive late, your RMT will still provide treatment for the remaining time, but please note that you are responsible for the full session fee. We have fixed start and end times to respect the schedule of the next client, so arriving late may mean shortened treatment.                                                                                    Thank you for your understanding.
