Therapeutic Massage

If you suffer from sore muscles or the feeling of knots in your back, this technique targets this discomfort. Here we work with a superficial and deep soft tissue layers such as muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and circulatory tissues. It's a “good pain” that helps relieve the ailment. You may experience tenderness as your therapist works through your tissue. The therapist uses different techniques: deep tissue massage, trigger point work, myofascial release and stretching techniques.
